If you are thinking about visiting just go, the place is a true gem that deserves to be discovered! Where to start? The interior is absolutely stunning, the most beautiful in Prague, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere that’s perfect for any occasion. The menu is always rich with amazing daily specialties and every dish is bursting with authentic flavor, the deserts are simply to die for! What truly sets the place apart is the amazing people, led by chef Matteo, who go out of their way to make you feel at home!

Casa de Carli is the place where my heart quietly settles. In the middle of Prague, it feels like a small refuge — the kind of place you walk into and instantly breathe a little deeper. When I need food that lifts my spirit or flavours that remind me of who I am, this is where I go. Matteo, the chef, is part of that magic. He greets you with the warmth of an old friend and somehow always knows exactly what will put you in a good mood. And then, the dishes… each one is a small explosion of taste, crafted with heart and intuition. They’re not just meals — they’re moments. Little stories made of colour, aroma, and emotion.
